Vaidik Matrimony is a matchmaking assistance platform. We provide tools and access that help registered members find and connect with other registered candidates based on preferences and profile information.
Our service includes:
Access to registered member profiles
Search and match filters
Communication features (as per membership plan)
Matchmaking support tools where applicable
We do not provide guaranteed matchmaking outcomes.
2. No Guarantee of Match
Matchmaking depends on personal compatibility, preferences, mutual interest, and member response. Therefore, we do not guarantee:
That a suitable match will be found
That responses will be received
That interactions will lead to engagement or marriage
That every profile will meet your expectations
We assist in finding eligible candidates among registered members only.
3. Standard No-Refund Policy
All payments made for membership plans and digital services are normally non-refundable.
Once:
A plan is activated, and
Member access is enabled
the service is considered delivered. Therefore, refund requests will generally not be accepted.
Non-refund reasons include:
Match not found
Requirement not fulfilled as expected
Fewer responses
Personal dissatisfaction
Change of personal decision
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refund may be considered only in exceptional and verified cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error
Payment deducted but plan not activated
System-side failure preventing service access
Conditions:
Request must be submitted within 7 days of payment
Valid transaction proof required
Decision subject to internal verification
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
5. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel renewal of their plan at any time (if auto-renewal is enabled).
Rules:
Cancellation prevents future billing only
Active plan continues until expiry
No partial or proportional refund for unused period
Cancellation must be done through account settings or official support channel.
6. Member Responsibility and Conduct
No refund will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to:
False or misleading information
Misbehavior or harassment
Fraud or impersonation
Violation of platform rules
Misuse of member data
The platform reserves the right to take action without refund in such cases.
7. Profile Information Disclaimer
Profiles are created from member-submitted information. While reasonable checks may be applied:

Members must verify details independently
Personal due diligence is required
Profile mismatch or expectation gap is not a valid refund ground.
8. Scope of Liability
